Hands down best dental experience OF MY LIFE PEOPLE! Finally a dental office that’s clean, a dentist that actually knows what he  is doing, and here’s the best part—they actually want you to keep your teeth and don’t up-charge. 🫨 I’ve been twice in a year. Lifesavers!!! I came in experiencing so much pain from my tooth and they took GREAT care of me. I experienced no pain during my procedure. The staff is so nice and friendly. I Highly recommend them; I promise you won’t regret it.

I want to say first and foremost Megan has been really helpful and informative in helping me in my situation. Make a long story short she assisted me in letting me know the exact amount u should be paying and also letting me know why another provider was trying to charge me a large amount for root canal therapy. Megan completely reaffirmed that at there facility it is not like that at all and she was very transparent. I live on the west coast, but I fly out here for my dental work. Dr. Steve is an outstanding dentist with an outstanding team supporting him. Let me tell you about them!

Dr. Steve always gives me his undivided attention and full focus- none of that jumping back and forth between multiple patients nonsense that many other dentists do. He just does great work. He explains everything very clearly and anticipates my needs ahead of time. I have complete trust and total confidence in Dr. Steve.

Victoria runs the whole place with a direct approach, but she is also a very deeply caring and kind person. She gave me a great deal of comfort at my first visit to City Dental, when I came in with a horrible tooth emergency. She just took really good care of me and remains very dear to my heart. (Victoria and Dr.Steve are a married couple who run the practice together).

Meghan is a rockstar receptionist; she’s intelligent, informed, highly competent and an absolute riot! She makes me laugh, she eases my anxiety and she always makes sure that I am as comfortable as I can be. I absolutely adore Meghan, as well as I do Ashley. Ashley, assistant supreme, is a genuine sweetie pie with whom I also really enjoy chatting. She has a comforting and quieting influence on me- I feel very calm in her presence, which is pretty huge for me.

The whole team has been so very good to me, accommodating my travel schedules and just giving me great dental care. Their prices are more than fair, especially given the high quality of the work and materials. And they’re aware that dental work can get prohibitively expensive for the average Jane, but will work with you to find a way to get the care you need. I absolutely love this dental office! The dentist I had been going to for years retired, so in search of a new dentist office I had an appointment at a larger chain dental office in town, where I was told they don’t accept my dental insurance and tried to sell me their membership plan. I continued my search as I had a toothache and when I called City Dental they were so friendly from the minute they answered the phone, and were able to get me in the same day. The founder and dentist of City Dental, Dr. Steve Taranov told me what was going on and the options for treatment, and his wife, Victoria, who is a dental hygienist was very friendly and helpful as well. They weren’t sure what my insurance covered, and Megan at the front desk went above and beyond to help figure it out (rather than try and sell me a membership plan). All in all, I love the patient centered, small business, very friendly and helpful, family practice feel of City Dental and now I will be back for my routine cleanings and dental work. Best emergency dental care!  I had a broken tooth on a Saturday morning and Dr Steve and his team were everything I needed.  They got me in promptly, gave me their assessment, and performed exactly what Dr Steve outlined, in under an hour.  What more could anyone want? Update.. had my 2nd visit today and Megan at the front desk is amazing! She has helped me tremendously with my insurance issues and will definitely put a smile on your face! After the 2nd visit ...I still recommend!
I had my first visit this morning. Victoria was welcoming and made me feel at ease. She cleaned my teeth and provided a lot of explanations of what is going on with my teeth. Dr. Taranov is great. The best Dental place I've been to. Coming from a person who hasn't had the best experience in the dental world, I actually look forward to my appts.
Dr. T is very efficient and informative. Victoria is amazing and has such a great presence. I met Ashley today and she is very sweet and attentive while Dr. T operated and of course I can't forget Megan at front desk, who is a wonderful person, helpful with insurance and is just very personable. I can talk to her all day! Love the team and the atmosphere. My dental work is exceptional. A million thanks!
